Introduction :

During this 4-day tour, we will discover the best things to do in Morocco, from Tangier to Marrakech through the Merzouga desert. Explore the blue jewel of Morocco (Chefchaouen), ride your camel in the deep and high dunes of Erg Chebbi, including one night at the desert camp. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, walk through the gorges of Todra and Dades and then finish your tour in one of the imperial cities of Morocco (Marrakech).

Program details :


1 Day 1: Tangier - Chefchaouen - Fes

After meeting you at the place we had agreed, we will drive through the Rif Mountains. Passing through the city of Tetoun to enjoy the views of the beautiful mountains until you reach Chefchaouan, one of the impressive villages at the foot of the Rif mountains. First, Chefchaouen's medina had a Spanish-style plaza surrounded by many rooftop craft shops, restaurants and coffee shops where you will have lunch. Before continuing our way to Fez, where we will spend the night in the traditional Moroccan riad.

2 Day 2: Fez - Ifrane - Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga Camel trekking

After breakfast we will pick you up and start our trip. Then drive south on Ifrane "Moroccan Switzerland" and Azrou through the mountains of the Middle Atlas. Then, along the way, we will stop in the cedar forests to see the barbarian apes in their natural habitat. Traveling through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt and along the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved in volcanic rock, you will see views of the Middle Atlas plateau and the landscape changing to reveal signs of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia Then, after lunch, we will continue our journey through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga. Then, after a glass of mint tea, we will leave our luggage in a safe room and then we will go by camel to a Berber camp in the middle of the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. In fact, they are the tallest sand dunes in North Africa. First, the camel trek lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the camp where we will settle in the Berber tents to spend the night in the desert. Therefore, the tents are well equipped with mattresses, blankets and cushions. Finally, after dinner, we will gather around the fire and enjoy the sound of traditional Berber drums under the stars.

3 Day 3: Merzouga - Toudra Gorge - Dades Valley

We will wake up early to enjoy a magnificent sunrise in the dunes and have breakfast. Then take a camel ride back to the hotel or riad. continuing our journey through the market of Rissani, Arfoud to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges, reaching the Dades Valley where we will have dinner and spend the night.

4 Day 4: Dades Valley - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Ait ben Haddou - Marrakech

After breakfast, we will drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. Since the route through the Dades Valley is the path of a thousand Kasbahs, it offers numerous opportunities to take pictures. Then we will visit the valley of Roses and the town of Skoura. Then continue to Ouarzazat, "the Hollywood of Africa." Then, lunch is at the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. Then, after touring this UNESCO World Heritage site, our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi nTichka Pass. Reaching an altitude of 2260 m, above the High Atlas Mountains, stop to enjoy the breathtaking views and visit the argan oil cooperative. Then we will arrive in Marrakech at the end of the afternoon, at the end of our services.
